A masterful architectural creation is now being fashioned out of 6,000 metric tons of pink sandstone that was acquired from the Indian state of Rajasthan. An extraordinary statue of Swaminarayan that stands on a pedestal that is three feet tall, is seven feet in height and weighs somewhere over 1.2 tons can be seen in the central hall of a beautiful temple. The pedestal itself measures three feet in height.

When Swaminarayan appears to his followers, he does so in the sat position with his right hand raised in what is known as the Abhay Mudra, which is a symbol of fearlessness. When he does this, Swaminarayan appears to his devotees. His disciples have protection against evil as a result of this, and their minds are freed from fear as a result of it.

The sculptures of Aksharbrahma Gunatitanand Swami and Aksharmukta Gopalanand Swami, two of Swaminarayan’s most ardent followers, may be seen on each side of the image of the deity known as a murti.

A sacred complex that has a height of 108 feet, a width of 131 feet, and a length of 240 feet is evidence of the outstanding architectural ability of the artisans. Throughout the many nooks and crannies of the temple are hidden many statues of Swaminarayan’s successors. These sculptures may be discovered and stashed away. Everyone who comes to view the Mandir is mesmerized by its exquisite design and the careful attention to detail that was paid throughout the building.
