Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams took initiation to enhance Bhakti and spiritual thoughts by publishing a devotional magazine called Sapthagiri. Started as a bulletin in 1949, it is now available online and in printed versions as a monthly magazine which is available in six languages – Sanskrit, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and English. The main purpose of TTD to start this Magazine is to improve more bhakti tatva in devotees.

The idea is to create awareness of Hindu culture and Philosophy. The magazine also features the history behind Tirumala, Darshan Accommodation details, and tips to make the trip to the pilgrim a pleasant one. It also provides tales of Bhagavadgita and Mahabharatam, personal experiences of the pilgrims, and moral stories for the children.

The old editions of the magazine can be found in the monthly archives of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams website. Subscription costs are Rs.60 for the annual subscription and Rs.500 for Lifetime Subscription.
