The god of wisdom is the goddess, Saraswati. During Navaratri, it is common to honor the goddess, Saraswati. Goddess Saraswati is worshipped on the day of Moola Nakshatram during the ten days of Navaratri. On Monday, October 3, 2022, the Goddess Saraswati puja will be performed this year.   • This year Sri Saraswati Puja falls on October 3, 2022, on a Monday. Pooja Shubha Muhurth Timings are 07:31 AM to 01:00 PM
  • On the seventh day of the Mula Nakshatra, this pooja is done.
  • If possible, devotees should preserve Saraswati’s portrait in the temple; if not, they should keep it at home and work on it.

The Saraswati Puja should be performed using white flowers. Students who are studying should take a special bath and dress neatly. They should, if at all possible, dress in white, keep their books, pencils, and two in front of Amma, and work through those books alongside Amma. Ashtottara Namas and Sahasra Namas should be performed separately for each of the nine goddesses on the nine days of Amma’s Navratras.

It is important to mention Naivedyam Ksheerannam, milk that has been combined with jaggery, and special offerings such as Chalividi vada pappu panakam. Offerings such pesars and senagals that have been soaked and lifted sprouts are excellent choices.
