Sabarimala Makaravilakku 2023 Jyothi Darshan Date and Time Celebrations

Every year, This event will be performed on the day of Makara Sankramana. As per Sanathana Dharma, Makara Sankramana day is the most important and eternal one. As per belief, Lord Ayyapa will give darshan to devotees in the form of Makara Jyothi. On this day, Doing Tarpanam, and Sharadda to the ancestors on this day gives good results in life.

This Year, 15 January is the day for Makara Villaku Pooja and Makara Jyothi darshanam in Sabarimala Ayyappa Swamy Temple.

Temple Authorities will preplan and prepare all the facilities for devotees for attending this festival without any problems. Devotees will participate fully in Joy and Happiness in this festival. Also, People will chant the Sharana Gosha at the time of Makara Villakku Pooja and Jyothi Darshanam.

All this pooja Starts as per shastra, the regular pujas of the temple started with Ganapati Puja on that day morning and Temple Priest popularly known as Tantri will start Makara Villakku pujas. Thousands of devotees participated and chanted Swamiye Sharanam Ayyappa Sharana Gosha and had darshan of Sri Ayyapa Swamy with heart full devotion.
