Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams TTD has enabled pilgrims to reserve their Tirumala lodgings in advance through Online e-Accommodation. Pilgrims must reserve e-accommodation at least 90 days in advance.

What are the prerequisites for booking accommodation in Tirumala?

• The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Board made several improvements to meet the growing demand for housing on Tirumala hill.
• Individuals are not permitted to book a room, and a single room needs at least two visitors.
• To discourage squatters, TTD forbids anybody who does not have a valid darshan ticket from hiring a room at Tirumala.
• If a pilgrim is unable to present an appropriate form of identification at check-in and comes after the authorized check-in time, TTD officials may cancel the reservation.
• The rooms are only accessible for a 24-hour period, with no extensions authorized under any circumstances.

How to Book Accommodation in Tirumala Online:

1. Enter your email address and password to access Official Website.
2. After logging in, choose Accommodation on the following screen. Select Seva Day and then click Check Availability to see what accommodations are available on that date.
3. If accommodation slots are available, you must fill out the Check In-Time Slot, Accommodation Date, and Accommodation Type sections before clicking CONTINUE.
4. On the next screen, Enter your age, choose your state, CHOOSE to upload your scanned photo, and check the box that reads “I agree to the terms and conditions” before clicking PROCEED.
5. You will be issued an Accommodation Transaction ID on the next page; please preserve this ID for future reference. Before choosing PROCEED TO PAYMENT, choose the Bank from Payment Gateway and your payment method from Payment Mode in the Payment Options.
6. On the next screen, choose your Payment Gateway Process from the four options, and click NEXT to complete the payment process.
7. When the Payment Gateway Process is completed, an Accommodation Ticket and Booking Number are generated, and a confirmation email is delivered to your email address.
8. Download the accommodation ticket receipt that was generated.

Consider the following before planning a trip to Tirumala

• Pilgrims must have proof of vaccination (two doses) or a covid-19 negative certificate obtained within 72 hours of the day of darshan to be eligible for darshan.
• The purchased TTD darshan ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• You must wear a mask, maintain social distance, and sometimes wash your hands while visiting the shrine.
