The Annavaram Devasthanam Temple is completely dedicated to Lord Vera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy. Lord Satya deva is the Incarnation of Lord Maha Vishnu and settled with Sri Ananta Lakshmi ammavaru in Annavaram. Sri Satya Narayana Swamy is the common demonstration of the three main deities of Hinduism; they are Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Brahma. So the idol is with the three deities. At the top of the idol is Lord Vishnu, in the middle it is Lord Shiva and at the bottom is Lord Brahma.

The Demonstration of these three main deities is the uniqueness of the Annavaram Temple and it attracts devotees. The worshiping of main deities together is very spiritual and auspicious for the pilgrims. This temple is the perfect example of architecture and crafting.
