The Puri Jagannath Temple in Puri, Odisha, is a Vaishnavite Pilgrimage destination. Here, Lord Vishnu is worshipped. It is a component of the sacred Char Dham Yatra. Originally constructed in 1198 BCE, the Jagannath Temple is devoted to Lord Jagannath, who is believed to be an avatar of Lord Vishnu.
