Alampur Jogulamba Devi is an Avatar or a Form of Sri Durga Devi. Sri Jogukamba Devi Temple is one of the famous Hindu goddess temples located in Jogulamba Gadwal district, Telangana, India. This Alampur Jogulamba Temple is very near Kurnool City in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. This Alampur Temple is one of the Temples in 18 Ashtadasa Shakti Peeta present in India. Here the goddess is a form of Shakti Swaroopini. This famous Temple is located on the banks of the Tungabhadra and Krishna river Merging points. The main deities in the temple are Jogulamba and Bala Bramheshwara. Navabramha temples is a group of nine shiva temples that are also located near Jogulamba temple.

Alampur Sri Jogulamba Devi Temple Open and Close Timings Darshan

This famous Holy Jogulamba Temple was built in the 07th century CE. Many Kings and Kingdoms bow the devi in this temple and offer many things, Gold, and other ornaments to goddesses here. The temple opens at 7.00 am in the morning and the darshan continues upto 1.00 pm in the afternoon. Temple remains closed for 1 hour in the afternoon.

• The devotees can go for darshan again from 2.00 pm to 8.30 pm in the evening.
• The minimum duration it will take for darshan is around 30-40 mins.
• The devotees are offered special poojas like Rudrabhishekham, Chandi Homam, and Rudra Homam in the temple.
• Rudrabiskhekam is available from 7.30 am to 4.00 pm.
• The devotees should come in decent attire and the entry fee is free for everyone.
• Chandi homam will be performed at 9.00 am on every pournami and Amavasya.
• Rudra Homam will be at 10.00 am on every Masa Shivaratri.
• The devotees have to pay 750/- for chandi homam and 516/- for Rudra homam.
• Also, Navagraha shanti homam is also offered in the temple.
• The devotees can visit the temple between September to July as it is the best time for darshan.
