Week by week sevas in Tirumala with details

Visesha Pooja

While doing this vishesha pooja for Venkateshwara in Tirumala Archana will also be performed to the god in Tirumala with bilva leaves on Monday.

Ashtadala Paada Padmaaradhanamu

This seva is normally performed every Tuesday in Tirumala for Lord Govinda. Some other poojas like Sahashra Nama Archana and other seva programs will also be performed with this seva with some Golden Lotus flowers.

Sahasra Kalasaabhishekam

This seva will be done each and every Wednesday and the abhisheka will be done for Lord Utsava Murthy with 1008 Kalashams and other poojas will be done.

Thiruppavada Seva

This seva is performed every Thursday in Tirumala, after morning pooja. It starts around 6:15 am in Tirumamani Mandapam, in this seva, the deity will be draped only with Dhoti and Uttareeyam

Poolangi Seva and Netra Darsanam

On Thursday, the ornaments will be removed to the god in Tirumala except for Lakshmi  Devi Haaram, Sankhu chakram and Lord Venkatesh will be decorated fully with the bunch of flowers. Pilgrims can have the Netra Darshan of Lord Govinda. This darshanam is very much famous and precious to the pilgrims of Tirumala

Vastralankarana Seva (Thirumanjanam)

Vastralankarana Seva is done only with couples and only couples are allowed for this pooja. The tickets for this seva should be booked in advance of 3 years. The cost for this seva is 12,500 rupees only. This seva is the biggest seva among all sevas in Tirumala because we will be allowed to this seva and we can take the darshan of the holy god for more than one hour of time.
