This Mangala Gowri Puja or Mangala Gowri Vratham is celebrated on Every Tuesday of Sri Shravana Masam. This is the vratham which is celebrated by only Married Women. And, this event is to be celebrated for 09 years after marriage. As per the belief, doing this vratham will give good health and wellness to Husband.

- Preparing for Vratham: Before Vratham, married women cleaned their homes and arrange the prayer area with flowers, rangolis (decorative designs made with colored powder), and traditional oil lamps. The preparations make a calm environment that is good for prayer and worship.
