The Rahu Kethu pooja is done only in Rahukalam Timings. Pilgrims who visit Kalahasti Temple for Rahu Ketu pooja should plan accordingly that they should be available in the temple at Rahukalam time. This pooja is done at various places within the temple premises. The Rahu Ketu pooja location depends on the ticket cost. For this pooja, devotees are not required to carry any pooja materials. There are several shops around the temple for selling materials for Rahu Ketu pooja.
In Srikalahasti Rahu, Ketu pooja will be performed for a group of people, and perform this pooja for all of them at a time. The entry and exit doors will be different so that devotees will go to Lord shiva’s darshan directly after Rahu Ketu pooja.
